OUR PRIVACY PLEDGE TO YOU: As our customer you provide us with important information about yourself. We believe it is our responsibility to safeguard your personal and financial information. While some financial institutions shares account owner information with other businesses, we are committed to keeping it confidential. We have developed the following privacy policy to ensure you the confidentiality you deserve. You have our promise that we will adhere to these guidelines. It is our pledge to you.

NOTICE OF YOUR FINANCIAL PRIVACY RIGHTS: We, our, and us, when used in this notice, means Franklin Synergy Bank. When we use the words you or your we mean our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as a deposit or loan account. We will tell you the sources of the information we collect about you. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information.

Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records. OPTING OUT: If you prefer that we not share credit reports and other non-public personal information with our affiliates nor share nonpublic information about you with non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of these disclosures, that is you may direct us not to make these disclosures (other than as permitted by law). You may not "opt out" of disclosures when permitted by law, such as in response to a subpoena, when shared in order to service or process transactions in your account, when shared with consumer credit reporting agencies or when transactions or account experiences are shared among affiliates. If you wish to "opt out" of information sharing that is not allowed by law, please call 615-236-2265 within 30 days of receiving this disclosure. If you have more than one account, your request will automatically apply to all your accounts with us. Also, if there is more than one person on your account, a request by one person will apply to all persons on your account(s).
